It's a great place. The hotel is in the style of an old Austrian country house - warm atmosphere, ancient interiors, very cozy and comfortable. Good spa area, 3 types of saunas, hammam, infrared cabin, thermal pool. Heated stone benches, relax after steaming at the vintage faucet with thermal drinking water)). Very friendly staff. Free parking - but there are very few places, may not get!
Poor ventilation in the rooms with low ceilings creates a stuffy atmosphere-you have to keep your windows open all the time, in this case you can hear noises from the street. Bare breakfasts. With hot omelets and eggs. And that's it(.). 3 kinds of ham! 3 kinds of cheese! salted salmon! olives. pickles, cherry, sweet pepper, 2 kinds of yogurt, 2 kinds of muesli and flakes, That's all, The kitchen is only open until 20,00, No dinner menu. only a 2-course complex to choose from. There are no delicious dishes from the menu. Anyway. there's a lot of tension with the food,

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the cable car and bus stops to other riding areas. Ski boots are also within walking distance. There is a ski storage room. Rooms are all of different sizes. We had two rooms, but different sizes and prices were different too. One spacious, bright, corner room with separate toilet and bathroom. The other one was smaller, standard. The room had two bathrobes and separate spa towels. Good breakfasts and dinners. à la carte dinners, which you have to choose from two dishes in the morning. One Saturday was a great buffet. At 3:00 p.m., you can eat several kinds of cakes. But drinks are paid for day and night. There are several saunas, a small pool. It's crowded in the afternoon when everyone comes back from skiing. There is a mini gym, combined with a room with billiards, table tennis and table football. Radon Thermas with mini aqua park for children 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
No children under 16 are allowed in the sauna. It is not allowed in the sauna in a swimsuit and it is hot in a towel. German guests were very angry if someone was in a swimsuit, especially if they were young girls. They got used to their FKK - free body culture, but it's not usual for Russians. The same situation is in the thermas... We were not very lucky with one of the waiters - was arrogant and sometimes ignored our requests.

The spa area was nice, but I had to work off the excess with their fitness center. The free ski shuttle was handy, though I preferred the restaurant and bar for my après-ski fix.
Their cultural events were unforgettable - in the worst way possible.

This cozy hotel was in a great location, with easy access to key attractions in the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the relaxing spa facilities.
The Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable. the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard through the walls, which was a bit disruptive at night.

We spent our xmas holiday at a hotel in Austria. the scenery around the hotel was beautiful with a lot of snow and a great atmosphere. the food was good, with an amazing selection of deserts and drinks, but the highlight was the soup, which was always delicious. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the ones working at the reception. the hotel had a spa with a pool, which was quite nice and relaxing, a perfect way to end a day of skiing.
The hotel was quite outdated and needs a renovation. the furniture and decoration in both the rooms and common areas were old-fashioned and there wasn't a proper heating system.
